Vera Neel

Vera Neel is an interdisciplinary artist based in New Mexico, USA. Born in Russia, she absorbed the beauty of Siberian nature, and her artistic soul always sought expression through art - something that only fully materialized after her move to the United States in 2004.
Despite attending workshops led by renowned contemporary artists such as Albert Handell, Peter Nisbet, David Mayer, Elena Gubar, and others, Vera has largely paved her artistic path independently.
She experiments with various media and styles, using diverse materials and tools in her work. In addition to painting, Vera practices the art of felting wool on silk, creating exquisite women’s accessories and clothing.
Since 2010, she has painted exclusively with a palette knife, a technique that allows her to express herself and develop her distinctive artistic style.
Her expertise in marketing, management, graphic design, digital media, and fashion enables her to integrate these disciplines into her art, resulting in multilayered, conceptually rich works.
Vera’s artworks have received awards and been showcased in both international and local exhibitions, earning recognition among collectors and art enthusiasts.
